Sky is a charming 12-year-old Thoroughbred gelding that doesn’t have a bad bone in his body. Sky doesn’t have the typical TB nature and isn’t silly when he hasn’t been ridden for long periods of time. Sky has been ridden by both young children and adults alike and is great with the vet and the farrier. Sky enjoys the company of other horses and is happy to hack out alone and with others. Sky is currently stabled on his own but we would like him to go to a home where he will be around other horses.

Sky has a big personality, he loves to play with the zipper on your jacket and nibble your bum when you’re picking out his feet. He loves being pampered and groomed and is the perfect hand warmer on a cold winters day. Sky is quiet to mount and is patient when adjusting girth and stirrups.

Sky was previously rescued by the RSPCA and he is extremely affectionate towards people and other animals. Sky has previously had a digital flexor tendon strain with no tears so he is unable to jump or do any strenuous work, so he needs to go to a loving home after a light hack, hence the price.

Sky is microchipped, has a passport and is up-to-date with his worming and vaccinations.

This is an extremely sad sale and we’re only selling due to my ongoing physical health conditions so a loving home is an absolute must and homes will be vetted for peace of mind.

Sky will be sold with all of his belongings, tack, rugs, brushes, etc, along with his remaining feed.
