Create my profile now!I’m looking for a confident, sensible and experienced person who is happy to mainly hack Stevie. Over 18’s only as would involve hacking/riding alone at times. We are also quite remote with no public transport links so you would need to be able to drive. I am looking for someone reliable who can help with consistent exercise but your days do not have to be the same each week if you work shifts / on a rota etc. happy to be flexible if necessary.
We have brilliant hacking (with very little road work) based on a private yard in Tandridge, Oxted. We only have two horses on the yard so it’s lovely and quiet. Stevie is a real angel to hack out in company and typically, 95% of the time he is brilliant to hack alone. Although, when hacking alone very rarely he can become a bit of a baby and needs that extra bit of reassurance from his rider, so someone confident and experienced is a must. However he is not dangerous in any way, just a bit of a big baby.
I often take Stevie out to local / unaffiliated shows. He will do anything and everything from SJ, XC, Dressage to Hunting. He is the best all rounder and such a confidence giver. The opportunity is there for the right person to take him out with me and possibly even without me!
I am looking for someone to love and appreciate him as much as I do. Help with stable jobs (mainly poo picking as we try to keep him turned out 24/7) will be required and a small financial contribution of £10 per day.
He is easy to do in every way, a real gentleman with such a fantastic character. He has always been a yard favourite and is a very special horse.
